What we collect

We collect the email address and name you provide when creating an account, the memorial content you upload (names, dates, biography text, photos, and video), and guest book messages left by visitors. We also keep basic records of purchases.

How we use it

Your information is used to display the memorial pages you publish, to let you manage them, and to fulfil marker orders. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use memorial content for advertising.

Advertising measurement

When we run ads, we use Meta Platforms (Facebook) measurement to count page views, memorials started, and purchases so we can tell which ads are worth running. It records the page visited and that an action happened, along with the usual details a browser sends such as approximate location and device type. Memorial content, photos, and guest book messages are never shared. Where a choice is required by law, we ask first and nothing is sent unless you accept. You can change your choice any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page, and declining takes effect immediately.

What is public and what is not

A memorial page is private until you publish it. Once published, its content is visible to anyone with the link or who scans the marker. Guest book messages are only shown after the memorial's owner approves them. Your account email is never shown on a memorial page.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive a record of the transaction but never see or store full card details.

Your choices

You can edit or unpublish a memorial at any time, remove guest book messages, or ask us to delete your account and its content by emailing support@gravelink.co.
