Terms of Service
Your account
You are responsible for the memorial pages created under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must have the right to publish the photos, video, and information you upload.
Lifetime hosting
Paid memorial pages are hosted for the lifetime of the service with no recurring fee. If GraveLink were ever to cease operating, we will give notice and provide a way to export your memorial content.
Acceptable content
Memorial pages and guest book messages must be respectful. We may remove content that is unlawful, harassing, impersonating, or clearly not a genuine memorial.
Markers and orders
Markers are made to order. Damaged or defective markers are replaced free of charge. Because each marker is engraved for a specific memorial, we cannot accept returns of correctly produced markers.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be announced on this page.
